the thing is, i can't open nuffnang's website!

whenever i try to open the website, its either 'Page Load Error' or 'Cannot Find Server'.
BUT, i can open Nuffnang PHILIPPINES but not Nuffnang MALAYSIA.
and, how am i supposed to log in into Nuffnang PHILIPPINES?
i tried and of course, 'Error Login Page'.
